  • Where, how, and what is Nestora jewelry made of?
    All of our jewelry is handmade of stainless steel and various crystal and gemstone beads and pendants. Each piece is designed and handmade in Phoenix, Arizona by Nicole Franco.
  • How should I care for my Nestora jewelry?
    To keep your jewerly looking its best store it in a cool, dry place away from humidity & sunlight or in the dust bag provided. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals & remove before showering or swimming. Nestora is not responsible for the maintenance of purchased jewelry.
  • What if my Nestora jewelry needs to be repaired?
    If your Nestora jewelry gets damaged and needs to be repaired please contact us at shopnestora@gmail.com with the details of your item. Please note each case is unique and once we have reviewed your case we can provide further assistance.
  • Where do you source your crystals?
    We purchase our crystals through various small business and wholesalers in the Phoenix area.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    We ship orders via UPS or USPS and currently only ship to the US. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Shipping is a flat rate of $7. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process if the item is in stock and allow 3-5 days if the item is made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
  • What is your return policy?
    Because our jewelry is one off or made-to-order we are not able to accept returns. If you have any questions regarding an item before you purchase we are more than happy to provide more details. Please contact us via our social media channels or at shopnestora@gmail.com.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.
