To keep your jewerly looking its best store it in a cool, dry place away from humidity & sunlight or in the dust bag provided. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals & remove before showering or swimming.

Nestora is not responsible for the maintenance of purchased jewelry.

We purchase our crystals through various small business and wholesalers in the Phoenix area.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship orders via UPS or USPS and currently only ship to the US. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process if the item is in stock and allow 3-5 days if the item is made to order.

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
